Green Lane

Breathing new life into a 1600s village terrace house that had stood derelict for 60 years, we carefully restored its character while embracing sustainable building methods. With the crumbling structure beyond repair, we removed the roof and rear wall, rebuilding with reclaimed stone on the ground floor and a timber frame with natural, ecological insulation above. The home is finished with British larch cladding and a natural slate roof, blending heritage with modern sustainability.
